Chocolate Cake
A quick, easy and healthier choccy cakes. This one is inspired by a very clever and dear friend.
The recipe is egg and dairy free and can be adapted to be gluten free

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups self raising flour (gluten free self raising flour for gluten free diet)
1 cup almond flour (gluten free self raising flour for gluten and nut free diet)
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp ground flax seed
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup vegan dark chocolate chips (dairy free)
1 cup oat or almond milk (dairy free)
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup olive oil
Method
Mix all dry ingredients well in a large bowl. Add all wet ingredients and mix well. Pour into a 20cm cake dish and bake for 30-40 mins on 160 degrees C.
